COFFEE STORY:
Santa Rosa 1900 is more than just a coffee—it’s a story of family, place, and passion. Grown at 1,900 meters in Tarrazú by the Macho farm, it reflects the dedication of its farmers. Though it shares a plant variety with Don Joel, its distinct process and terroir create a unique flavor.
The Reposado process enhances its smooth, balanced profile with notes of vanilla and nougat. Brew it as a pour-over to highlight its clarity and complexity.
