HERE’S THE STORY

No Hands is a dynamic blend of coffees from two impressive growing regions; Guatemala’s Chimaltenango and the Eastern Highlands from Papua New Guinea.

From the south of Guatemala sits the old capital of Latin America, Antigua. Known for its cobblestone streets and lucious courtyards, this city is surrounded by three volcanoes; Agua, Fuego and Acatenango. Nestled between Volcan de Fuego and Acatenango sits the 300 producers of Los Santos. Started by Luis Pedro Zelaya of Bella Vista this project is Luis’ solution for getting micro producers to market in this deeply sweet coffee.

The other half of this blend hails from Namura Timuza Cooperative comprising 200 producers from the surrounding villages of Namura and Timuza. The organization was founded in the 2010s and represents about 265 hectares of coffee farmland centralized around those two villages but including eight other small villages nearby. This rich blend gives this flagship blend its spiced finish and salted caramel body.
