COFFEE STORY:
Don Joel is a coffee with heart, grown on Allan Oveido Rodriguez’s family farm in Costa Rica’s West Valley. This coffee honors his late father, Don Joel, who split the farm between Allan and his brother. For over 20 years, Allan has upheld his father’s legacy, building a micromill and producing exceptional coffee.
Grown at 1,600 meters, Don Joel’s Yellow Honey process adds creamy sweetness and depth. No matter how you brew it—pour-over, French press, drip, or espresso—it’s a winner.
