Ripe cherries undergo a rare 24-hour cold-water fermentation before being carefully sun-dried on raised beds for up to four weeks. This meticulous process enhances the coffee's vibrant fruit, floral aromatics, and refined sweetness, creating a cup that is both complex and beautifully elegant.
