The first sip feels like a slow walk through Gotiti at sunrise—cool air, soft light, the hush of a forest waking up. It opens soft and floral, like jasmine blooming in the early light. As it warms, a gentle sweetness rises, fresh honeydew, juicy and warm. Toward the finish, a delicate, velvety creamy vanilla custard lingers, just long enough to invite the next sip.

Grown on tiny forest plots in the highlands of Gotiti, this coffee is cultivated with care and low-intervention practices rooted in tradition. In Ethiopia’s celebrated Yirgacheffe region, producers grow indigenous heirloom varieties known for their vibrant clarity and floral character, reflecting both the place and the process.
It’s a glimpse into a village that continues to grow coffee with intention and a gentle pride in what they share with the world.
