High in the Andean hills of Chirinos, soft morning light moves across the misty landscape while the air carries a quiet sweetness from the trees as this coffee makes its way down from the highlands. This coffee opens with ripe plum sweetness layered into golden honeycomb and brittle nougat, leaving a grounding and balanced finish.
