The Uribe Lasso family has been growing coffee at their farm, El Diviso, in Pitalito, Huila for three generations. Founded by José Uribe Lasso in 1997, the farm is now run by his three sons who have carried forward his dream while experimenting with new ways to bring out the best in their coffee.
Originating as an Ethiopian landrace, Pink Bourbon thrives in Huila’s volcanic soils at 1,500–2,000 m, where the altitude and terroir enhance sweetness and complexity. Washed and honey-processed in small lots by boutique growers, this coffee showcases the artistry and resilience of Colombian smallholders. For this Pink Bourbon Rosado lot, only the ripest cherries were hand-selected and guided through multiple stages of fermentation. Its unique profile makes it a coffee that’s highly regarded and sought-after by both enthusiasts and professionals.
The flavors of cherry cordial and biscoff make this one of those coffees you’ll remember long after the last sip. It’s indulgent, playful, and truly special.
