Cascara is the dried skin of the coffee cherry, brewed just like tea. It’s light, fruity, naturally sweet, and nothing like a cup of coffee. Think cranberry, tamarind, and rosehip with a little caffeine to keep things interesting.

It’s also a chance to use more of the coffee cherry. Instead of letting the fruit go to waste, cascara gives coffee growers another way to put the harvest to work.
